Nutrition Expert System1
This application is used to determine whether a person has nutritional deficiencies or excesses. You answer yes or no questions on any symptoms (attributes). When all yes or no questions are answered, the results are displayed showing what nutrients that person may be deficient in or have an excess of.
The results that are displayed show how many attributes could point to that disorder along with how many actually did point to that disorder. You can also click on the disorder description to have a form pop up to show what attributes actually pointed to that disorder.
Features
This application features extensive use of check boxes and radio buttons. The radio buttons display the possible results. The value tree for each radio button field displays the symtoms which contributed to the result. The @ASSIGN function was used extensively in click event conclusions. For example, look at the event trees in the disorder descriptions on the result forms.
